Bulk Bag Loader
We design our bulk bag loaders (BBL) to be high quality, heavy-duty, and
easy to use. Standard units include 4" heavy-duty frame with forkguides
for transporting and adjusting. We construct our standard units with high-strength
alloys and our premium units with either stainless steel or high-strength
aluminum alloys to provide the strongest BBL in the market. Includes fully
adjustable hook positions and adjustable frame to fit all bag sizes.

- Adjustable bag height, maximum

maintain height and eliminates bellows connections to hoppers above;
- Gain-in-weight control package
includes inflatable bag-neck-bladder, digital display, fill valve all
connections;
- Shipped fully assembled;
- Modular design facilitates upgrading
or modifying unit;
- Available with platform scale,
loadcells, or volumetric filling heads.
